Are you a budding singer aged between 13 and 25? Do you think you have what it takes to be part of a contemporary gospel music choir?  Think you're brave enough to face judges similar to the X Factor style?

A new South London-based gospel music choir is launching this July and young people are being invited to audition.

Auditions will take place at Greenwich West Community Centre, 141 Greenwich High Road, London SE10 on Saturday January 23 between 12pm - 2pm.

Following the auditions, official rehearsals will start on January 30 2010. Choir members will learn to sing a mixture of gospel songs and inspirational numbers and will have the opportunity to perform at community events, music concerts and at faith groups.
