Where can I get help?

There are many organisations dedicated to self-harm, that can help you to recognise why you harm yourself, ways to prevent your behaviour, or just provide somewhere to go. The National Self-harm Network has an online forum for self-harmers to chat about their experiences and offer each other advice.
